These Jacketed Melting Tanks can also be used for making/melting: Lip Balm, Deodorants, Shampoos, Conditions, CBD Products, Candle Wax, M&P Base, Soap Oils, Lotions, Creams, & Liquid Soaps
Want to know how to make more bars of soap in less time? Instead of melting your base oils in crockpots, small pots or kettles, melt enough base oils for several days or even a week. This is our smallest size Melting Tank and it will hold 48 lbs. of base oils. You can also use it to make lip balms, butters, lotions, liquid soap, melting candle wax, etc.
If you need to melt more than 48 lbs. of base oils a day, before your tank is empty, refill it. The warm oils will shorten the melt time of your newly added cold oils. Double or triple your production with the same Tank.
Do you use different oils for some of your bar soaps? Then Master Batch in the Jacketed Oil/Wax Melting Tank with your primary oils. Add appropriate amount of your Base Oils to your Mixing Pot (Pot Tipper) from your Melting Tank. Then add your Specialty Oils to your Pot Tipper. Higher Efficiency = Savings in Labor and Dollars. You just increased your Profit Margin!
