These Jacketed Melting Tanks can also be used for making/melting: Lip Balm, Deodorants, Shampoos, Conditions, CBD Products, Candle Wax, M&P Base, Soap Oils, Lotions, Creams, & Liquid Soaps
Can be used several times a day. Once your oils are melted, refill your primary base oils in the same proportion BEFORE your tank is empty. This reduces melting time. Instead of melting 672 pounds a day, you could melt 1344 or more, depending on the number of times you refill.
Do you use different oils for some of your bar soaps? Then Master Batch in the Jacketed Oil/Wax Melting Tank with your primary oils. Add appropriate amount of your Base Oils to your Mixing Pot (Pot Tipper) from your Melting Tank. Then add your Specialty Oils to your Pot Tipper. Higher Efficiency = Savings in Labor and Dollars. You just increased your Profit Margin!
