Pricing

Prices, discounts, delivery, and designs are subject to change without notice. Shipping Costs are not included in the sales price of the equipment offered.  

Fees & Other Charges Not Included in your Payments to SoapersMarketPlace.com.

With international shipments, there is always the possibility of Brokerage fees, Customs fees, Duties, Taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) and General Consumption Tax (GCT), etc. that may be assessed against a shipment. The tax type and tax rate will vary by country. It is your responsibility to know and understand the taxes in the country you are having your order shipped to. Some countries require payment of duties and taxes prior to the release of the goods. Delays in the payment of any of these fees may cause storage fees to be incurred. These fees are not included in your payments to SoapersMarketPlace.com.

For All Orders, the equipment shipping costs are not included in the sales price of the equipment.  The shipping costs of the equipment, including pallets, skids, gaylords, boxes and other related shipping materials, whether it be from Soapers MarketPlace LLC or from one of its Vendors are included in the shipping costs to get the equipment to you.  Soapers MarketPlace LLC reserves the right to ship all items to a consolidation point so that all equipment may be shipped from one common point as it deems appropriate. The shipping fees included in this paragraph, exclusive of any brokerage fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, GST and GCT that may be assessed against a shipment, will be invoiced to Customer and must be paid in full in advance of shipping. Irrespective of Soapers MarketPlace LLC arranging for the transportation of your Order to you or to the destination in your invoice, Soapers MarketPlace LLC shall not be held liable (responsible) in any way for any delays in the transportation of your Order including, but not limited to, Acts of God, Wars, Quarantines and Embargoes.  Customer (You) hereby indemnifies and holds Soapers MarketPlace LLC harmless for any and all losses and damages which arise out of or result from any delays in the transportation of your Order. 

Information Collection and Use

SoapersMarketPlace.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items.

Cancellation and Merchandise Returns

Cancellation:

·         Order cancellation must be received within 12 - 24 hours of placing an order.

·         Cancellation is not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation of your order.         

·         Once an order has been entered into the processing system it cannot be changed and/or canceled.

·         The deposit on custom equipment is nonrefundable once design work on the piece or project has begun.

Returns:

RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.  In general, the obligation of the Manufacturer is to repair a faulty product and offer tech support in the use of a product. Saying, it is just not wanted anymore, you are not happy with it or do not want it because it requires a repair which is covered under warranty is not acceptable grounds for a return without a Restocking Charge.

Before contemplating a Return, understand the nature of what it is you are having difficulty with. The equipment sold on this site is dedicated to manufacturing, and requires the use of products made by other companies to create an end product. It also requires a formulation created and put together by you to produce a product. For Example; a Lip Balm Tray, will require a tube of some sort. If the manufacturer of that tube makes a mistake in their product then that product will likely have a problem working with your tray. If the Citric Acid you purchased is old and has sat in your suppliers' warehouse for months, and has soaked up moisture, you will have to change your methods in using your Bath Bomb Press or exchange the Citric Acid.      

·       Send an email to [email protected] to request a return.

·       The Return request must be received within 10 days of delivery, in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

·       The cost of shipping and any other fees necessary to return it to us are to be prepaid by you. We will not credit shipping costs for the Returned Merchandise.  

·       Not Refundable: Shipping, Any applicable Handling Fees, Any applicable Convenience Fees, Any applicable sales taxes, customs, duties or any other import fees.

·       Returns are governed by the policies of the manufacturers. If the return is for a product made by SoapersMarketPlace.com, the following shall apply: 

·       If approved for return, and the merchandise is Un-USED; it is subject to a restocking charge.  The minimum restocking fee is $15.00 and could be up to 25% or more of the price of the product, depending upon condition upon return.  We do not sell used products. 

·       Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail, the amount of Store Credit.

·       Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return or store credit and will be returned to the customer. Customer must pay the cost of shipping.

·       If an item is defective, the manufacturer of the item will either repair or replace the defective item under their warranty. Any misuse such as using, installing the product incorrectly or any damage caused by customer voids manufacturer's warranty.

·       If you do not agree with the terms above, please do not submit your order.

·      This policy does not apply to custom equipment, which is non returnable.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

Unless noted, prices do not include shipping and any applicable sales taxes, customs, duties or any other import fees which may be due.

We strive to ship quality products to you using the most economical and efficient way possible.

Getting your order to you quickly and safely is our first priority.

Orders received after 9 AM (CT) will be entered in the system on the Next Business Day.

Equipment may be shipped to you by SoapersMarketPlace.com or by the Manufacturer, depending upon the products and equipment in your order.  If you have any questions, contact us at: 

General Delivery Policy (small package):

We mainly ship by UPS but we have the ability to ship via, other carriers. By use of this site, customers authorize UPS to leave a package at the destination delivery address, without obtaining a signature; if the UPS driver deems the location to be safe. Customers, who are not able to locate the package that is claimed as delivered, must follow the instructions for filing a claim listed below under the heading "Incorrect Delivery and Lost Package Claims."

IMPORTANT:

Shopping cart orders are calculated using UPS. Once your order is paid and submitted in the shopping cart we cannot change the shipping method without charging a minimum of $10 and could be more depending on credit card changes and reprocessing your order. If you want to change the shipping method to something other than UPS, either call us or proceed with your cart order as follows... Select NONE under payment options and tell us what method of shipping you prefer in the comments section and then continue to process your order. We will contact you with shipping charges and payment information.

Address Correction Fees:

If you enter an incorrect Ship To address UPS will correct it and they will bill an "Address Correction Fee" of $15 (amount subject to change by UPS). We cannot absorb Address Correction Fees so please be sure to double check your Ship To address prior to placing your order.  By placing an order with Soapers MarketPlace LLC, you agree that you have double checked your Ship To address and that any Address Correction fees will be billed back to and paid by you.  UPS considers ANY change that has to be made as an address as an Address Correction.  This includes wrong zip codes, no suite or apartment number listed, transposed digits, etc.  

Refused Shipments:

A refused shipment occurs when the customer refuses to accept the package during a delivery attempt. Reasons for Refusal are obvious damage to the contents of the package. This can occur, whether it was shipped through UPS, USPS, or one of our other carriers. Customers who refuse delivery for obvious damage or for any other reason must contact SoapersMarketPlace.com immediately. Depending upon the situation, the customer may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping and other administrative and labor charges.

Return Shipping Charges

SoapersMarketPlace.com may provide a UPS Return Pick Up label, depending on the reason a return is requested. If shipping any other way, please contact SoapersMarketPlace.com at [email protected] for other arrangements. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees in the event of an unauthorized (No RMA) return.

Warranty Information

Products manufactured by SoapersMarketPlace.com, are warranted for one (1) year (parts & labor) from date of delivery, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty for specific details. In general, the equipment manufactured by others carries a warranty for one year from date of delivery.  

Restrictions. The above warranty does not apply if the Product

a) has been altered, except by SoapersMarketPlace.com or its authorized representative,

b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by SoapersMarketPlace.com,

c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, misuse, negligence, or accident,

d) we do not guarantee the consistency of weight, size, color or quality of your end product using our equipment. Throughout our website, size and weight stated are approximate.

·        Warranty repair and/or replacement: You must first contact customer service and receive an RMA if we determine that your equipment needs to be returned to us.

·        Some products might only need a part removed and only that part returned. This will require you to disassemble and re-assemble the part or parts (instructions will be provided).

·        Wire breakage is not included in the warranty.

·        If we determine that the failure was due to negligence, abuse or misuse, the customer becomes fully responsible for shipping, parts, and labor for that part of the failed condition.

·        We are not responsible for loss of, time, materials or labor costs in any way.

·        We cannot send out a replacement before receiving your defective equipment and inspecting it to determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. In some cases, we can send out the replacement immediately once you have provided a valid credit card and signed an authorization form. Once the defective item is received we will issue a credit to your card.

·         Prior to shipping back any parts or equipment please contact us for return authorization and complete instructions.

·        Products not manufactured by SoapersMarketPlace.com will be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If in doubt when purchasing, as to which products are not manufactured by SoapersMarketPlace.com, please contact us.

·         We reserve the right to make changes without prior written notice.

Customer's sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of SoapersMarketPlace.com under this warranty will be, at SoapersMarketPlace.com’s or its service center's option: (1) shipment of a replacement part within the warranty period or (2) an RMA to return the item to SoapersMarketPlace.com. SoapersMarketPlace.com replacement parts used in product replacement may be new or equivalent to new. SoapersMarketPlace.com’s obligations hereunder are conditioned upon the return of affected product in accordance with SoapersMarketPlace.com’s or its service center's then-current Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.

Legal Disputes

You understand and agree that this agreement shall be deemed entered into in Boone County, Arkansas, USA. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and all dealings between SoapersMarketPlace.com and You and/or recipient of goods and/or the appointed representatives acting on behalf of the Purchaser and/or recipient shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Boone County, the State of Arkansas.  You agree that the laws and judicial decisions of Boone County, Arkansas  shall be used to determine the validity, construction, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement. You agree that any action relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Boone County, Arkansas. You agree to waive the right to trial by jury in any proceeding that takes place relating to or arising out of this Agreement. You understand and agree that SoapersMarketPlace.com will have items shipped by a 3rd party vendor located outside the State of Arkansas and this does not constitute having any relationship or nexus whatsoever within any other state except the State of Arkansas. You consent and agree that the jurisdiction and venue for such proceeding shall lie exclusively with Boone County, Arkansas and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If you disagree with any aspect of this provision or any of the terms of this website, then please leave the site immediately and do not order any products.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SoapersMarketPlace.com and its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and affiliates from any loss, liability, damages or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, proceeding or demand related to You (including Your agents, affiliates, or anyone using Your product or services from SoapersMarketPlace.com whether or not on Your behalf, and whether or not with Your permission) or Your use of the Products or Services You purchased from SoapersMarketPlace.com or Your breach of this Agreement or incorporated agreements and policies. In addition, You agree to indemnify and hold SoapersMarketPlace.com harmless from any loss, liability, damages or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising with respect to any third party claims for personal injury (or death), property damage or other loss which claims are based upon, including but not limited to defective design, defective equipment, defective material, defective workmanship, any breach of any representation or warranty provided herein, any negligence or willful misconduct by You, or any allegation that You infringe on a third person's copyright, trademark or proprietary or intellectual property right, or misappropriates a third person's trade secrets. This indemnification is in addition to any indemnification required of You elsewhere. You represent that any liability insurance policies, which you may have, provide that subrogation rights against suppliers such as SoapersMarketPlace.com are waived. Should SoapersMarketPlace.com be notified of a pending lawsuit, or receive notice of the filing of a lawsuit, SoapersMarketPlace.com may seek a written confirmation from You concerning Your obligation to indemnify SoapersMarketPlace.com. Your timely failure to provide such a confirmation may be considered a breach of this agreement. You agree that SoapersMarketPlace.com shall have the right to participate in the defense of any such claim through counsel of its own choosing. You agree to notify SoapersMarketPlace.com of any such claim promptly in writing and to allow SoapersMarketPlace.com to control the proceedings. You agree to cooperate fully with SoapersMarketPlace.com during such proceedings.

Purchase Conditions

Placing Orders

When placing orders with SoapersMarketPlace.com you agree to all of our terms and policies and authorize us to collect payment in the manner you specify when placing your order.

Orders can be placed and paid for utilizing numerous methods. By ordering, you declare that you have read, understand and Accept SoapersMarketPlace.com’s business terms, including but not limited to, the policies included in this Terms of Use and all on our website.

CUSTOM EQUIPMENT: The deposit on custom equipment is Nonrefundable once design work on the piece or project has begun. We require a 50% to 80% deposit on all custom equipment. Full payment of total amount of order, including shipping, must be made prior to the shipment of any Order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: You understand and agree that SoapersMarketPlace.com, its Licensor and/or the manufacturer of the equipment it sells holds all rights, title, and interest in all Products and Services and all intellectual property, including other rights related to intangible property unless otherwise indicated. You acknowledge that no title or interest in such Intellectual Property Rights is being transferred to you and you agree to make no claim of interest in any such Services or Products.
