What is the difference between our Drying Trays and other competitor drying trays?
Most other drying trays are made from soft, cheap liquid plastic. Within a couple of years of use, those trays will crack, break and chip.
Our Drying Trays are compression molded from a virtually unbreakable polymer that is USDA, FDA, and NSF compliant and able to withstand extreme temperature direct food contact.
